This is the first part of the net production process. We have two Italian extrusion lines (one producing 160 kg/h and the other one, 250 kg/h) featuring the highest technological standards available in the international market. The lines are supplied by gravimetric dosers which mix and weigh the different components necessary to produce a monofilament of the highest quality. Then, we get the melt homogenized with the help of static mixers, and, by means of a dosing pump, the exact amount of material is injected into the headstock so that we obtain a high parity of monofilament titres (we work with a +- 1.5% tolerance).
This is the second stage of the process. We have two warping machines, both of which are 3.90 m wide and have creels with 540 and 750 bobbin positions respectively. These machines have a yarn tension control device that ensures yarn tension remains constant both in the creel and in the warper itself. This enables us to achieve an evenness in the beam that is essential to prevent mesh deformation.
In this last stage of Agrinet’s production process, the different nets are manufactured in looms imported from Europe. Nets of different widths are woven according to the client’s need, with maximum widths of 7.50 m without seams. We have a total of 45 looms.
We have a yarn quality control department equipped with a high-precision scale (determining yarn titre), an Instrom dynamometer (indicating yarn tensile strength, elongation and tenacity) and a QUV panel (testing the damage caused by sunlight). We perform thorough, daily checks on the different stages of our production process. This constitutes the main pillar of our quality control policy.
